Ways to clean oil grease and rust on the griddle panel:

Turn on all burners to maxi firepower, Pouring cooking oil on the panel evenly (cover the entire panel), turn off after burning for 3-5 mins, then wipe the panel with kitchen paper, and remove the oil grease from the panel. This cleaning process is repeated two to three times.

Suggestion:

(1) It is adviced to clean oil grease on the griddle panel timely after using it

(2) After cleaning, and wait until the griddle panel temperature back to normal, pouring some cooking oil on the panel,

then wipe oil to cover the whole panel by using kitchen paper.(play a certain role in rust- proof, more convenient for next time use)
